We have an in-house marketing department which can provide you with a wide range of marketing support for your new business.
WindowCandles provides a working demonstration display for use in model homes, trade shows, and as a sales tool to potential customers. We offer an evaluation kit and two demonstration kits for use by dealers, contractors and homeowners.
We provide a full range of product brochures, flyers, and promotional items to promote your business. We can create custom literature, brochures, advertisements, signage, and promotional items. Our in-house marketing staff can design ads, layout flyers and arrange to have them direct mailed to potential customers in your area. or even design a new logo and business card for you for a minimal fee. Signs and Banners
Our in-house marketing department can create a custom sign, banner, or vehicle lettering package, promoting your new affiliation as a Contractor or Dealer.
National and Regional Advertising
Throughout the year we advertise the WindowCandles product in national publications including This Old House and Residential Lighting, as well as regional publications such as Chesapeake Homes, Cleveland Magazine, and local homebuilders association publications. This advertising generates wholesale and retail leads, which are then passed onto Dealers locally.
Training and Technical Support
We provide comprehensive sales & installation training programs including one-on-one start-up training for new customers and group training for sales, counter and installation personnel. Our toll-free technical support is Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST.
The following programs are only available to Authorized Dealers, Wholesalers and Distributors.
Co-Op Marketing Program
In order to get any new Dealer started, we provide up to a $500 marketing allowance to be used in the first year. This co-op allowance is 50/50. We provide customizable and pre-designed advertisements, flyers and brochures, which you can use for your advertising efforts.
Local, regional and national advertising as well as keyword search engines generate thousands of visits every year to our website. On the site we have a Dealer Locator which refers potential customers to the Authorized Dealer / Wholesaler / Distributor in their county. As an Authorized Dealer / Wholesaler/ Distributor, your company is listed on the website in the county(ies) you select.That way customers can search the website and be referred directly to you.
Trade Show Program
We can provide you with one of our professionally designed trade show booths to use at your next local or regional show. To further support you we will share the costs of the show, approved promotional items or contest, and any booth shipping costs We will even provide customized literature and promotional items to make your show a success.
