Exchange
To assure a worry-free purchase, WindowCandles has introduced an exchange program that provides unlimited exchanges of bases and sleeves for up to 5 years. For a nominal one-time fee during time of system purchase, bases and sleeves can be exchanged at anytime. Simply return the item(s) and we will gladly exchange them for another. Call for details about this unique program.
Warranty
We feel so confident in the quality of the WindowCandles product that we offer a limited lifetime warranty on any originally purchased WindowCandles products, as well as any manufacturer's defects to power supplies (acts of God, power surges, and lightning are not included in this limited lifetime warranty).
