The revolutionary 302-CLED Clear Filament Bulb provides an upgraded lighting experience with its IncanMimic™ technology. Leave behind fragile incandescent bulbs and enjoy a warm, candle-like glow that is both energy-efficient and long-lasting. This bulb has a Kelvin rating of 2300K, the same color temperature as our incandescent clear 302-C bulb. This cost-effective solution is compatible with all candles manufactured after around 2010-2012 with model codes C4 - present. For older systems, make sure your candles have a "C" model code. Candles with model codes that are not in the format ####-C# are incompatible.

Product Compatibility

Not all WindowCandles products are compatible with each other. We clearly display this information throughout our site.

  • Wax sleeves: Not all wax sleeves are compatible with all bases. No wax sleeves are compatible with square bases or any cap. Please contact us if you want to make sure the wax sleeves work with a particular base. If you order a wax sleeve and it does not work with your base, you may be eligible for a free return.
  • Bulbs: Absolutely no other bulb will work properly with the Window Candle stick. The candle is designed to detect a foreign bulb and stop producing light to prevent fires and/or damage to the candle stick. By using any other bulb except for our exclusive WindowCandles product line of 12-volt 2 watt incandescent or LED bulbs, you are violating your limited lifetime warranty and will not be compensated for damage or destruction caused to your candlestick by using incorrect bulbs. You will also be ineligible for candle repairs entirely.
  • Wire: By using any other wire other than the official WindowCandles yellow wire, you are violating your warranty and will not be compensated for damage or destruction caused to your system by using incorrect wire.
  • Transformer: By using any other transformer other than the official WindowCandles transformers WC50VA, WC4Z (old), WC4Z (new), WC8Z (discontinued), or WC9Z, you are violating your warranty and will not be compensated for damage or destruction caused to your system by using incorrect transformers.
  • Mounting hardware: By using any other type of mounting hardware other than the official WindowCandles mounting hardware, you are violating your warranty and will not be compensated for damage or destruction caused to your system by using incorrect hardware.

Warm, welcoming glow.

We installed WindowCandles in our last home in 2001 and didn’t want to ever be without them so it was a no brainer that we installed them in our new home. I guess that makes us customers for almost a quarter century! We enjoy the warm glow they provide and also see them as adding safety for navigating around the house at night. We have had many compliments and people are amazed that such a product exists. I have ours on a programmable timer switch so we can control the on/off times year round. We change the bulbs to red for the holiday season and plan to add different colors for other holidays going forward. We also could not say enough for the great, speedy and friendly customer service that comes along with being WindowCandle owners. Thanks for everything!

Late nite helpful elf.

I have a home which was built in late 2012. I received info on line which led me to believe I could not use the new led lights. Well, at 11:15 at night, I emailed Window Candles and "spoke" to a helpful elf who explained that others with my C3 candles were able to use the new led lights with no problems. Which was music to my ears because we have candles which are extremely high and replacing the bulbs is difficult and dangerous. The new led lights last much longer and need to be replaced less often. Many thanks to Window Candles and my late nite elf.
