I have a home which was built in late 2012. I received info on line which led me to believe I could not use the new led lights. Well, at 11:15 at night, I emailed Window Candles and "spoke" to a helpful elf who explained that others with my C3 candles were able to use the new led lights with no problems. Which was music to my ears because we have candles which are extremely high and replacing the bulbs is difficult and dangerous. The new led lights last much longer and need to be replaced less often. Many thanks to Window Candles and my late nite elf.

Excellent warranty and service for replacing one unit. Easy to replace unit and these low voltage window candles are a great product to consider as they can be wired into your house and can light up your windows year-round or can be easily removed/installed for occasions.

I received my candles and black bases and caps they are simple to snap into place add the base and cap Walaa it’s on.

This was not our first order for red bulbs. We have 24 windows and some of the bulbs I put in last week was not working. So I ordered these for extra in case any go out.
I love the red bulbs for the holidays and we leave them on till Valentine’s Day!

I bought these hoping for more life than the other ones I usually buy that have such a short lifespan but just started using them so I don't actually know yet how long they'll last. I'm surprised how warm and beautiful these are for being LED. The only thing I'd want different is that they'd be a tad less bright, they're definitely brighter than the incandescent bulbs. I'll still give a 5 star rating though because they are very beautiful and warm bulbs.
