Warranty Policy

Coverage and Limitations:
Our warranty complies with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 2301–2312) and Maryland's Commercial Law Article §§ 2-312–2-318. Coverage includes manufacturing defects under normal use, but excludes:

  • Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Installation errors.

Warranty Process:
To file a warranty claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
  3. Follow return instructions for product evaluation.

Claims will be processed within 30 days in compliance with Maryland's consumer protection laws.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harford County, Maryland.
